Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?

A: Factory, We have two faucet factories, one factory produces stainless steel faucets, and the other factory produces brass mixer.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity? (MOQ)
A: Normally 100pcs/item. Trial orders and further requests can be negotiated.

Q: What color finishes are your   faucets available in?
A: Chrome, satin, ORB, matte black, gunmetal, brushed   nickel,  brushed gold and rose gold are available or mix-finished, like chrome handle + matte black body.

Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Massive shipments can be shipped within 35 days and sample orders can be shipped within 7 days.

Q: How to get a sample?
A:  You can contact us to confirm the sample, the sample cost, and the shipping cost are paid by the buyer.
If the order purchase quantity is large, we can provide samples for free.

Q: What's your guarantee?
A: For faucets, we have 5 years quality guarantee.
If any quality problems arise from our side, we will do the replacement.

Q: Can you produce according to the customer's design?
A:  Sure, we have our own professional R&D team to support you, OEM & ODM are both welcome.

Q: Can you provide a free design service?
A:  Sure, including Product Video, Product pictures, 3D product models , Catalog design, Product showcase design, LOGO design, and  Color box design, these are all free services.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A:30% Deposit paid before production and a 70% Balance Payment is before shipment.
Payment terms support L/C, T/T, D/P, D/A, Western Union, Paypal, etc.
